SERVICES: Levelized Billing Program

Our Levelized Billing Program helps even out those high bills, which may occur during the summer and winter month because of additional heating and cooling needs. Monthly monitoring of the account will levelize monthly payments. The high and low usage is averaged into the off season billing periods, which will result in a level-billing schedule of a slightly different amount each month. To qualify for this program requires the member account to exist for a minimum of 1 year and have a good payment history (no late payments).
